Cooking instruction: 
AIR FRYER: Arrange fish in a single layer without overcrowding, cook at 180ºC (350ºF) for 12-15 minutes
MICROWAVE: Place fish in a microwave-safe dish, cook high power for 4-5 minutes or medium power for 6-8 minutes
GRILL: Preheat the grill to 180ºC (350ºF), place fish in  aluminum foil, grill for 10-12 minutes (5-6 minutes per side)
